Our quality control procedures on a project incorporate all facets of professional service delivery and remain up-to-date of latest developments in our field of expertise. Through the promotion of high quality workmanship on-site and regular project review meetings and ongoing progress monitoring, we ensure consistent control of the project. The purpose is to ensure that at all times the clients is provided with a product that conforms to the contract specification.
Each Daracon project is dealt with by a coherent project team, led by a project director. The project director undertakes full responsibility for the project to ensure that standards and contract specifications are not compromised. Daracon managing directors have the ultimate responsibility for the whole of the quality management system within the company and take measures to update and/or improve the system when necessary to allow for continued improvement.
